We are a group of Arab and European Muslim specialists working in different Arabic and European Islamic Universities, as well as in some Virtual Universities. We have met together and decided to work on teaching and disseminating Islamic knowledge through a distant-learning system among new Muslims and granting licenses to the would-be Muslim scholars and Preachers.
