In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious the Most Merciful and from Whom we seek help. We are a group of Arab and European Muslim specialists working in different Arabic and European Islamic Universities, as well as in some Virtual Universities. We have met together and decided to work on teaching and disseminating Islamic knowledge through a distant-learning system among new Muslims and granting licenses to the would-be Muslim scholars and Preachers.
The University it to broadcast from Brussels, and we have decided to give it the name, The Islamic University of Brussels.
