The university aims at preparing and qualifying Muslim preachers and scholars in a distinctive way and developing their skills and research abilities according to the standards of academic accreditation so that they can effectively guide people’s path to Allah, serve their societies, and do academic research, keeping pace with the modern developments on the local and regional levels and adhering in all of it to the ethics and manners of the Islamic Law.
